Mr. Mahmood Jan Yousafzai son of Abdul Rasheed Khan had been elected Member of KP Assembly in General Elections 2013 from the platform of PTI. He remained the Chairperson of Standing Committee on Health and also performed as Member of the Standing Committee on Agriculture, Fisheries, Livestock & Cooperation, Public Accounts Committee, Higher Education Archives Libraries , Exercise, Taxation & Narcotics Control, Environment, Food, Sports, Tourism, Museums Archaeology & Youth Affairs Departments. He was appointed as a Deputy Speaker from tenure 2018 to 2023 in KP Assembly.
