Mufti Kifayatullah, son of Maulana Rafiq ur Rehman, represented PK-55 Mansehra-III in the Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from 2008 to 2013, as a member of the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) (JUI-F) party. He is a prominent religious scholar and politician, and his tenure in the assembly was marked by his efforts to promote Islamic values and principles in the province.
