Khalid Waqar Chamkani, son of Mohammad Younas khan, was an elected member of the Provincial Assembly of the North-West Frontier Province (NWFP) from 2002 to 2008. He represented the constituency of PF-11 Peshawar-XI and was affiliated with the Jamat-e-Islami (F).
