Mr. Muhammad Azam Khan has been elected for the Second time as Member KP Assembly in 2024 General Elections. He has earned M.A Urdu in his educational career and an agriculturist by profession. He is a social worker as well. He joined politics in 1985 as ANP (Awami National Party) Worker and later got elected as Deputy General Secretary ANP Dir Lower in 1990. He contested 2008 general Elections and 2013 General Elections as well from the platform of ANP. He joined PTI in 2015 and got elected as MPA KP Assembly in 2018 General Elections
