Mufti Said Janan son of Said Anwar had been elected Member of KP Assembly in General Elections 2013 from the platform of JUI(F). He is affiliated with the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) party and has served as the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Religious Affairs. Janan has been a strong advocate for the rights of religious minorities and has worked to promote interfaith harmony in the region.
