Mr Habib ur Rahman son of Shamin Khan, a Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan (JI) leader, represented PK-78 Bunair-II in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly from 2013 to 2018. During his tenure, he held the portfolio of Minister of Zakat & Usher, Auqaf, Hajj & Religious Affairs and was a member of two standing committees: Zakat, Ushr, Social Welfare, and Women Empowerment and Auqaf, Hajj, Religious, and Minority Affairs.
