Rukia Hina wife of Muhammad Khan , a Pakistani politician, held a reserved seat for women (WR-15) in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly from 2013 to 2018, representing the Pakistan Muslim League (N) party. During her tenure, she was a member of the standing committees on Agriculture, Fisheries, Livestock, and Cooperation, as well as Administration and Minerals Department. She actively participated in committee proceedings, working to promote agricultural development, improve livestock management, and enhance cooperation and administration in the province.
