Ateef ur Rehman, son of Juma Khan, represented PK-5 Peshawar-V in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provincial assembly from 2008 to 2013 as a member of the Awami National Party (ANP). He was a member of the standing committees on Zakat, Ushr, Social Welfare, and Women Development Departments, playing a key role in shaping policy and decision-making in these critical areas. His contributions focused on enhancing social welfare, women's empowerment, and poverty alleviation in the province.
