I would like to draw the attention of Minister for Establishment towards  an  important issue that the government has reserved 10% percent quota for the Employees of civil Secretariat in PMS, while the employees of the others Department like Provincial Assembly Secretariat, Judiciary,  Police and other attached departments have been ignored and no quota has been reserved for  these employees, which is a sheer injustice with such employees and the same has caused  a serious  concerns  amongst them, who seek equal career advancement opportunities through a fair inclusive policy.
