I would like draw attention of the Minister for Health towards the non-availability of permanent pace-maker-life saving devices in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from the last one month, resultantly, patients are being referred to Punjab for implantation of such devices. Previously, the Hayatabad Medical Complex used to implant about 500 such devices in a year but due to its non-availability patients in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are suffering badly, therefore, instant attention is needed.
