I would like to draw the attention of Minister for Home & Tribal Affairs to a serious issue of underage driving of one wheeling by the youngsters motorcyclist. There are serious accidents every single day youngsters are seriously injuring themselves on daily basis. This precarious issue needs to be taken seriously. I would also like to know as to what the government is doing to address this serious issue.
