Terms of Reference:

1. Attack on Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House, Islamabad:

Examination of the incident of housebreaking and criminal trespass, including identification of individuals who entered the premises and the directions issued by authorities, such as the Inspector General (IG) or the Ministry of Interior.

2. Abuse and misuse of Authority:

Assessment of actions taken by Police Personnel and other securities agencies that constitute an abuse of power and authority.

3. Abduction:

Investigation into the abduction of Ministers, Members of the Provincial Assembly (MPAs, Special Assistants, their staff, families of the Members and innocent citizens of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including the duration of the intruders’ presence.

4. Physical Assault:

Review of reports regarding physical assaults and the use of criminal force against inmates of KP House and Ministers, MPAs, Special Assistants, their staff, families of the Members and innocent citizens of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

5. Damage to Property:

Documentation of damage and losses incurred to Library and other moveable and immovable property and vehicles of Government during the incidents.

6. Obstruction of Public Servants:

Evaluation of obstructions faced by public servants while discharging their official duties.

7. The Quorum to constitute a sitting of the Special Committee will be Three (03).

8. The Special Committee will submit its report within 15 days.
