Mr. Akhtar Khan has been elected MPA KP Assembly for the first time in General Elections 2024. He earned B.A L.LB Degree and a lawyer by profession.
He started his political career from his student's life in 2000. He was elected General Secretary PTI from Tehsil Babuzai in Intraparty Elections in 2013. Later he got elected as Tehsil Member UC Dangram Sangota, Swat in Local Government Elections in 2015.
He was later nominated as Deputy Organizer PTI, District Swat in 2017 later entrusted to assume the charge of Information Secretary PTI, Malakand Division in 2019. Later he got elevated to the post of General Secretary PTI District Swat.
His main focus is on the development of Tourism in the Swat area and on Education, Health and Communication
