Bashir Ahmad Bilour, son of Bilour Khan, was a prominent politician from Peshawar who represented PK-3 Peshawar-III in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provincial assembly from 2008 to 2013. A member of the Awami National Party, he was a seasoned lawmaker who served five terms in the provincial legislature from 1990 to 2012.
