Meraj Hamayun Khan wife of Faridullah Khan, a Qaumi Wattan Party (QWP) leader, held a reserved seat for women (WR-19) in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly from 2013 to 2018. As a representative of the QWP party, she played a vital role in advocating for women's rights and empowerment in the province. She was Member Standing Committee on Procedure & Conduct of Business Rules, Establishment and Elementary & Secondary Departments.
