Will the Minister for Communication & Works state that
(a) Is it true that Swat Expressway has been constructed by PKHA under Public Private Partnership /BOT basis?
(b) If yes then,
(i) Please provide detail report regarding expressions of interest and Bidders of the Project.
(ii) Please provide comparative statement of the bidders applied for the construction of the project.
(iii) Award of contract, starting date, cost, duration of completion may be provided and
(iv) Please provide agreement duly signed between the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and contractor of the project?
